New Horizons Skills Training Center

Shannon French provided architectural design services to New Horizons, a non-profit organization based in Spanish Town, Jamaica, for a new 20,000 SF skills training center for at risk youth. The services were provided while Mr. French was a Peace Corps volunteer prior to the establishment of SDFA
