Belmont Residence

SDFA is providing design services for a family in Jamaica who lost their home to Hurricane Mellissa. The new residence will be built at the same site and is modeled after the previous one, with some modifications. It will be a 4 bedroom, 4 bath dwelling with a wraparound verandah. Primary structure will be reinforced concrete masonry unit with cast-in-place foundation, slabs and columns. The public areas of the dwelling will feature a wide-sweeping panorama of Bluefields Bay.
