Door County Multi-family apartment building relocation and renovation

SDFA provided design services to assist the client with a complex project involving the relocation of an existing historic 4-plex in Sister Bay. The building was moved to a new location on the opposite side of the township. It was set on a new foundation with a walk-out basement, and other design features were added such as new egress, windows, etc.
